As a part of the National Future Drought Fund, the Tasmanian Farm Innovation hub is one of eight established across Australia by the Commonwealth Future Drought Fund to help study climate change and support farmers in their efforts against it.

The Hub contacted Gloo to create the online hub, for which I was responsible for the design of.

As a resource used by both researchers and users in remote areas on various devices, ensuring a light weight, responsive, readable design was essential.

Additionally, a comprehensive search function was considered and implemented to assist in the lookup of specific resources.

Perhaps the most important aspect of the site from the public's perspective is the project directory. By presenting the directory as a map, it encourages users to engage with the list and gives an immediate impression of how widespread the projects are.
As a content heavy site, options to make content more digestible were also provided.

As a site that fitted into the larger suite of Future Drought Fund websites, it was great to be a part of an environmental project making a nation wide impact.
